Welcome to How to Breathe Deep, where I share my thoughts, experiences and advice as I learn how to stop and ‘breathe deep’ in all aspects of my life, so I can be calm and courageous.

I will be exploring: making day-to-day life easier, managing mental health, boosting motivation, showing gratitude, taking time to really enjoy things, finding ways to achieve new goals and simply how to slow down.
