Talking about goals, here’s to ticking a massive one off my list!
As a huge fan of podcasts (I’m usually plugged into something or other) and a regular reader of Pip’s travel content, it was an absolute honour to speak to Pip for episode 10 of the Travel Goals podcast.
We spoke about everything to do with travelling with anxiety, or as an anxious person. Travel can seem like an overwhelming thing to do if you’re someone who gets stressed easily or manages challenges with their mental health, but it shouldn’t stop you from heading out on your own adventures.
In the episode, we discuss some of my own personal struggles with solo travel and how I faced them, alongside a range of different tips to help you manage your own worries when travelling so that you can make the most of your time.
