This blog started as a space for me to share the things I am enjoying and learning as I focus on personal growth, living mindfully and choosing courage over comfort. I’m making changes to manage my mental health, improve day-to-day life, take time to really enjoy things, boost motivation and achieve different goals.

My name is Hannah. I’m 27 and from a little Welsh seaside town. I’m part of a mental health charity, something I’m very passionate about.
I’m vegetarian. I enjoy planning new adventures, taking photos, meeting new people and being outdoors. I love to travel and have recently started travelling further afield and solo – and I plan to do more of it!
I can often be found reading (anything from medical autobiographies to thrillers) or listening to podcasts (including topics like pop culture, true crime and failure).
